MAX FONSECA
Max is the Oz-behind-the-curtain at J. Hoffman Studio. While their background isn’t a traditional fit for their role as Office Manager at a design/build firm, the combination of public education instruction, back-end retail operations management, and customer service makes Max a great fit to handle the behind-the-scenes comings and goings of our growing operation.
Max loves helping people locate, access, and understand the information they need to help keep projects moving forward. Keeping calendars up to date, bills going in and out, and creating mildly entertaining hashtags are some of their professional gifts.
At J. Hoffman Studio, they spend most of their day communicating with clients, crunching numbers, and generally making sure that everyone has exactly the information they need to accomplish the day’s goals. When not working, you can find Max at the arcade with their son, catching up on Drag Race, engrossed in a true crime podcast, or playing kickball. They’re also an avid movie go-er and self-proclaimed connoisseur of 80s ballads. They firmly believe that there is a Whitney Houston song to match any mood.
